Breaking the Silence:
An Eight-Week Explorative Journey!
Every Tuesday Starting January 3rd, 2023
Break Your Silence!
Believe In Your Truth!
Be Bold!
"What would happen if one woman told the truth about her life? The world would split open." ~ Muriel Rukeyser.
The development of the authentic voice is a sacred act that must be treated with reverence, patience, and compassion. Too many of us had our writing voices and creativity stifled early in life and have yet to recover them.
If you are ever afraid to voice your opinions, take a stand, or be open and vulnerable, this is your chance to break that cycle. Women who identify as shy, introverted, or highly sensitive blossom as their voices and stories are received with love and care. We learn and grow from witnessing each other’s stories, challenges, and celebrations.
Speaking your truth frees you to live a more authentic life and opens space for new creative projects such as memoirs, poetry, painting, collage, photography, and so much more.
Your voice is too important to remain hidden behind old messages or expectations. Raise your voice with women worldwide. You have a write2be!
The Uniqueness of Breaking the Silence Workshops:
No writing experience is necessary for Breaking the Silence.
Join from anywhere in the world...via Zoom.
-
I offer the art of hospitality, generating nurturance, protection and guidance.
-
You are encouraged to engage in a spirit of respect for yourself and others.
-
I read and write along with you, modeling vulnerability and authenticity.
-
We co-create an intimate space, fostering a sense of safety and belonging. In fact, participants often encourage each other in their creative projects and personal development beyond the sessions.
-
Small classes (eight women) provide time and space to receive personal attention. You feel seen and heard, relieving feelings of isolation and loneliness.
-
Join me to connect and experience the magic of self-expression.
We come together as a community to create and hold a sacred and confidential space for each of us to safely lean into our truth.
We express ourselves in various forms in the presence of others who witness our unfoldment.
We listen to each other with nonjudgment, openness, and curiosity.
We speak our raw, real, sacred and holy stories.
We discover the strength buried within so we can break out and break through the shell that holds us in.
We embrace our human experience with all its complexities and joys.
Why Am I Committed
to Facilitating this Experience for Women?
I learned early on in life to swallow words that would displease my parents and teachers. I limited my self-expression to what people wanted to hear. I know the distress of being silenced, and I am acutely aware of the courage and commitment it takes to retrieve one’s voice. I know that it takes time, patience, and a safe place to speak where we were once silenced. I know the depth of healing that happens when we invest in liberating our voices.

Your voice is there, waiting to come into the light.
It's my passion to support the full expression of your emerging flame.
